Women Empowerment by Oshodhara is a multidimensional concept that encompasses various aspects of a woman's life. As per the vision of our Master Samarthguru Siddharth Aulia, there are five key dimensions of Women Empowerment:

Youth Empowerment
Youth Empowerment Initiative: Empowering the Next Generation
Youth Empowerment is a unique initiative aimed at empowering young individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge and values to become responsible, capable, and compassionate leaders of tomorrow. Inspired by the teachings of Samarthguru, a renowned spiritual scientist, and enlightened master, this initiative is taken to help young people realize their true potential and lead a purposeful life.
It enables the youth who are eager to learn, grow and make a positive impact in their lives and communities. The key objective of the initiative is to enhance the cognitive and intellectual abilities of Youths through various skill-building workshops, seminars, and training sessions. These cover a wide range of topics including leadership skills, communication skills, problem-solving, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, financial literacy and social responsibility, among others. By acquiring these skills, young people are better equipped to navigate the challenges of the modern world and contribute positively to society.
